There are no shortage of coves here out in Nova Scotia. I’ve always been a big fan of the ocean but before I came to the East Coast – the ocean was just a thing I dreamed of and visited every so often on the West Coast. Now the ocean is right at my door step, I’ve been trying to figure out all the excuses to go out exploring and shooting. Duncan’s Cove is one of my favourite places to bring friends come to visit because it’s a relatively easy but fun hike. The colours of the rocks and water are just unreal and unlike places near by in Nova Scotia like Peggy’s Cove. We got together with Chris and Amber to do a quick shoot together. The sun was setting in all the right ways and the colours just turned out so beautifully for the photos. I love living on the Coast, being able to see so much ocean and uninterrupted skies for miles and miles. Don’t even get me started on the sounds of the ocean.. I could seriously sit there all day mesmerized just by the sights and sounds alone.

I absolutely love how these photos turned out. The sky was all sorts of beautiful colours and Chris and Amber were absolute champs with the wind and cold. Perfect cuddle vibes for the perfect winter day <3
